What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Do I need a temperature controlled unit?
You may need a temperature controlled storage unit if you intend to store items that may be susceptible to temperature and humidity damage. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Am I required to store long-term?
Store with us short or long-term. We offer flexible lease options.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are never allowed to store plants, animals, flammable, hazardous, combustible items, liquids, stolen or illegal goods.
When can I access my unit?
Daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is fully fenced and gated with 24-hour video surveillance. We’re able to monitor who comes and goes in order to protect our tenants and their belongings.
Am I able to purchase storage supplies?
Purchase boxes and other storage supplies at a competitive rate.
